Hello People,  Posting my Analysis after a long time. I was really busy with my work and trading. Managing it simultaneously is quite tedious. Also, Jay was posting his views in Youtube which is too good, so i thought my views would be redundant. Anyways, will post the views, so that it will help me as trading notes. NF and BNF Weekly Analysis We had a indecisive Week until Friday, knocking off both bulls and bears on both the sides with good amount of volatility.  IT stocks came to save the bull market. Only certain stocks like Reliance, HUL, Infy are supporting the bulls. Other stocks rally for a day or auction in sideways. Banks were subdued, did not perform at all. Not actually a money making week. NF had a strong gap-up opening around 10300, but got sharply rejected towards YVAH. Reliance, ICICI, HDFC - all the heavy weights are weak and drove down NF. NF still hasn't broke YPOC (10107), which is an important level for further downside towards 10,000 zone. Opening for both NF and BNF was OAOR, the day ended as a Normal Variation down day. NF opened just above YVAL, drove up towards POC 10100 and rejected sharply. Price drove down towards 1st June VAH 9930 zone, took support around that zone and started rotating between 10060 and 9930 zone.  BNF was weak and dragging the index. Reliance was holding strong. NF and BNF has a Normal Variation Down day. NF VAs VAH - 10067  POC - 10020 VAL - 9980 BNF VAs VAH - 20754 POC - 20436 VAL - 20238 VAs Shifted lower compared to 4th Jun 2020 indicating bearishness in market. NF and BNF had an adventurous day. Personally i was expecting a sharp down move towards 10050, but couldn't time well. My Short stoploss got hit. There is no reference in NF around 10200 zone. There is only a big gap between 10080 and 10300.  NF and BNF had a gap-up open and till EOD the gap was protected. Do no short the market unless you have some reversal sign, Keep an open mind as it is Weekly expiry NF VAs VAH - 10130 POC - 10100 VAL - 10060 BNF VAs VAH - 21180 POC - 21030 VAL - 20784 If NF opens below YVAH (10060) or inside YVA below YPOC and break of 10030 zone, can trigger price to drive down towards 9980 and 9930 zone. If NF opens above YPOC (10100), it might bounce towards 10200 zone, any rejection around that zone can trigger a down move towards 10060 zone. NF opened inside YVA and took support around 9780 zone, bounced towards 1st Jun high. BNF and Reliance supported the upmove. NF further notched up towards 10,000 zone. NF and BNF had a Normal Variation up day. NF VAs VAH - 9935  POC - 9835 VAL - 9815 BNF VAs VAH - 20334 POC - 19968 VAL - 19848 If NF opens above YVAH and drives up, it can test 10060 and 10090 zone. Break of 10090, can make price head higher towards 10150 zone. If any rejection around 10090 zone, price can retrace towards 9900 and YPOC levels. Huge Gap (Singles) between 10085 and 10300. NF need lot of strength to cross this zone. We need to closely watch how price reacts here. higher probability to get rejected around this zone, since it is the first time price is testing this zone. NF had a gap-up open @ 9661 and drove up towards 9900 zone, which was the previous month high as on April 30th. BNF also had the same type of move and auction, but it has long way to reach April 30th high. Successful open drive up happened at open and later after 2PM, the open drive failed to sustain 9900 zone. NF had a Normal Variation day. NF VAs VAH - 9870 POC - 9792 VAL - 9765 BNF VAs VAH - 20070 POC - 19974 VAL - 19818 Zones to watch in NF for today are 9910 and 9950 on the upside and 9700 and 9640 on the downside. Context is Bullish, but cautious on the zone. 9920 has to break for further upside towards 10050 and 10100 zone. Side Notes: 1) ViX had a sudden spurt up by 5% and closed around 30.74 2) BNF Breaching 20200 can push the prices towards 20700 zone.

Monthly MF Charts for NF and BNF Weekly Analysis NF VAs VAH - 9509 POC - 9427 VAL - 9117 BNF VAs VAH - 19436 POC - 19116 VAL - 18078 Recovery of BNF was bigger than NF.  In May, BNF went below April low whereas NF did not go near to April low. NF had a clean Continuation Open Drive move and closed at highs. But it tried to penetrate 9510 number of times but failed. June Contract was in big discount of 40-50 points. For the first three days i will be using standalone June Contract due to premium change between Spot and Future. BNF could not go above 19450, reversed and closed below 19200. NF took support around 8990 and had a superb trend day it broke 9180 / 9225 zone. This is a short term trend change and NF can touch 9420 / 9450 zone.  BNF lead the rally. Held 17500 strongly and bounced towards freaking highs. BNF can touch 19150 zone. The rally will be driven by BNF. Up-move in BNF will be bigger than NF. NF had a gap-up opening, First hour was completely Open Auction Outside Range. It couldn't penetrate 9170 / 9180 zone, got rejected sharply and moved towards 9000 zone. Price took support around 8970 zone.  BNF was slightly stronger than NF and was holding 17300 zone. Weekly Analysis: NF VAs Shifted lower compared to last week. The price mainly drove down because of huge resistance around 9180 / 9200 zone and BNF is super bearish. Down move stopped around 8810 which is also the monthly VAL. Resistance around 9120, 9180 and 9200. Break above 9200, price can drive up to 9500 zone. Support around 8965, 8855 and 8810. Break below 8810, price can drive down towards 8400 zone In BNF, the VAs significantly shifted low, forming a huge selling tail in the weekly profile. NF had an open above YVAH and drove up towards 9170, Rejection around these levels made price to break down towards 9050 zone. It did not break the PDL like BNF because RIL was supporting. BNF broke PDL forming huge singles and also close near very near to YPOC (17556). NF had a Normal Variation day without day low break. OTD Failure after 12PM. This indicates NF weakness. Two important levels in NF are 9220 and 9355. These levels has to be breached for NF to head higher towards 9600 levels and break of 9600 zone will lead price towards 9800 levels.  On the lower side, 9040 and 9010 is the support. If 9010 breaks decisively, it might the test 8930 / 8910 zone. After a beautiful OAOR in the first hour, small IB, Price broke IBL and started falling down towards 9150 / 9120 zone. BNF was little strong compared to NF.  BNF was holding 19000. NF opened with a huge gap-up around 9550, but was not able to sustain and drove down upto 9360 zone. NF made low around 9038. NF opening was a beautiful open test drive down and BNF had open drive down.  Initially RIL and BNF was driving the markets down.  NF had a strong support around 9040 and 9020. Price bounced sharply with help of BNF. BNF tested the VPOC around 18228.
