Analysis for 27th Apr 2020.

Weekly profiles of NF and BNF.

Weekly Analysis:

  • NF was showing strong up moves mainly due to Reliance Bullishness. BNF was damn weak. 
  • Zones to watch for next week in NF are 9085,9045, 9020. These are the last support zones. If the zone breaks, price can test 8800 / 8750 zones.
  • If the support does not break, it can test 9400 / 9450 zones.
  • Highest OI for this week expiry stands at 10000 and 9000 zones. The probability is high for Price to take support and bounce.
  • BNF might take support around 19500 - 19400 zone and bounce. If 19400 breaks, price can test 19100, 19000, 18900 zones.
  • From my perspective, Friday indicated some bearishness, but BNF might take support around the mentioned levels and might drive up.





Daily Analysis:

 Friday (24th Apr 2020) Close was a perfect Neutral day. BNF could not penetrate 23rd Apr VAL (19848), because of that NF reversed Sharply and broke the IBL. NF was quite strong due to Reliance upmove but couldn't sustain.

Hypo - 1 - If NF opens below YPOC / YVAL, it might drive down to test 9050 / 9020 zone. If it breaks 9020 zone. it might extend the down move towards 8900 / 8850

Hypo - 2 - If NF opens above YVAH, it might drive up to test 9260 / 9280. If 9385 zone is broken with momentum it might drive up to test 9500 / 9600 zones. There is only one VPOC on the top which is at 9870 zone. If 9600 zone is breached, that VPOC - 9870 can be tested.

Hypo - 3 - If NF opens above YPOC but inside YVA, can do some balancing moves and break of either YVAH (9200) or YVAL (9127) can give big moves either side.

Side Notes:
1) ViX closed flat around 39.12. No Spike seen when NF gave a down move. If ViX doesn't take a support around this zone, it might go and test 30/27 zone, which can trigger NF to move up slowly. High possibilities for ViX to bounce high and big.
2) Tomorrow opening is important to see if we get a follow through for Friday's move. Any flat open or open above YVAH / YPOC shows price is not willing to go down.
3) SBIN, ICICI, Axis, Indusind and all NBFCs are very weak. They can pull everything down, if it doesn't bounce on Monday (27th Apr)
4) Results on 27th Apr are Indusind, Ambujacem, HDFClife, AdaniPower.

Monthly Value Areas: NF VAs VAH - 9372  POC - 9012 VAL - 8810 BNF VAs VAH - 20562 POC - 19542 VAL - 18684 Weekly Analysis: NF VAs VAH - 9587  POC - 9305 VAL - 9232 BNF VAs VAH - 21426 POC - 20118 VAL - 19692 Week of 27th Apr 2020 was strong and NF closed at highs. BNF was strong. Broke some important zones like 9530, 9610 and closed around 9860 levels. 9910 levels are important for bulls to touch 10455 levels which is the next VPOC from 8th March 2020.  The gap-up open will act as Singles which are around 9760 - 9580. Any break below 9580, price might test 9375 levels and if momentum is high, can test weekly POC at 9305 zone. @ 9.00 AM NF closed at 12271 NF VAs VAH - 12273 POC - 12234 VAL - 12223 Hypo - 1 - If price opens above YVAH, it might drive up to test 12320 / 12330 zone Hypo - 2 - If price opens inside YVA, it might balance for a while, it might test the 'C' single prints and then bounce up to test 12300 / 12320 zone. Hypo - 3 - If price opens below YVAL, it might test the single prints at 12210 and it breaks with momentum, it might drive down to test 12110 / 12100 zone. Side Notes: 1) 12285 zone is a small resistance zone, price must break above this with momentum. 2) ViX was down 10%, closed at 14. 3) "C" period Single prints between 12220 and 12200. 4) price might do lot of balancing moves today, due to low ViX.
